Do we fancy winning one of the new Cosmopolitan blog awards

Hmm…

Do we ever!

Which is why we are asking nicely…ok begging…for you to nominate us in the ‘Lifestyle’ category now! It takes no time at all, and you don’t even need to fill in any tiresome name, address, or email info about yourself.

I know our blog is only little and new, and I’m sure there are going to be hundreds of fabulous entries, but it would still be lovely to be nominated. So if you’ve ever enjoyed a post, or think we have anything vaguely useful or interesting to say, please think about voting for us.

Pretty please. With a cherry on the top.

Thank you!

“I hate to say it, but he’s sleeping really well…” – Lesson number one – don’t say it! Today Helen reminds us all of some golden parenting rules…

What an idiot I am.  I said OUT LOUD that my baby was sleeping really well.  You would think I would have learned now that I am on baby number three, that babies have supersonic hearing and a total understanding of the English language, from birth.  And that they are the world regulators when it comes to anyone – especially their parents – being smug in any way, shape or form.
